Business Administration Degree Program

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree Program

Flexible. Well-rounded. LeTourneau’s business administration program provides students the opportunity to pursue their individual intellectual interests as they prepare for a career in the business world. Taught by experienced faculty, and supported by a library of educational resources, students can earn a Business Administration B.S degree around their schedule, on the Longview campus or online.

Students receive a solid education in the business essentials as well as specialization in a more focused field of study through the selection of a concentration.

LETU students also earn hands-on experience through business internships typically completed during the senior year. This experience allows students to join the workforce with a competitive edge.

A business administration student can also work toward a teaching certificate in secondary education through the Teacher Education Program.

What can you do with this degree?

Transferring Credits

If you have earned college credit from an institution accredited by one of the six U.S. regional accrediting associations, you may transfer that credit to LETU. The unit of credit at LETU is the semester hour. Quarter hours will transfer at the ratio of two semester hours for every three quarter hours earned.

LETU only accepts courses that carry a grade of at least a C or its equivalent for transfer credit. If transferred courses are applicable to your LETU degree program, they will be accepted as credits that help meet graduation requirements.

LeTourneau University participates in the Texas common course numbering, which makes finding comparable courses easy. Keep in mind that a course may transfer even if it does not have a common course number, so contact your academic advisor with questions.
